At AMZ Graphic Studio, client satisfaction is our top priority. Since we provide custom digital design services and do not require any upfront payment, our refund policy differs from businesses that collect payments before starting work.
Please read this policy carefully to understand how cancellations, payments, and project completion are handled.
No Upfront Payment
We do not require any advance payment before starting your project.
Clients only make payment after the project has been completed, reviewed, and approved. This approach allows you to evaluate our work before making any payment.
Refund Eligibility
Because payment is collected only after project approval, refunds are generally not applicable.
Once you have approved the final design and completed the payment, the project is considered successfully delivered.
Project Cancellation
Clients are free to cancel their project at any time before making payment.
If you decide not to proceed with the project before approval, simply let us know. No cancellation fees or penalties will apply.
Unlimited Revisions
We offer unlimited revisions to ensure you’re satisfied with the final result.
Our goal is to work closely with you until the delivered design meets your expectations and project requirements.
Project Inactivity
To keep our workflow organized, projects that remain inactive for 15 consecutive days due to no response from the client may be marked as inactive.
If you wish to continue the project later, we’ll do our best to resume it based on our current availability.
Delivery Timeline
We always strive to deliver projects within the estimated timeframe.
However, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or high project volume. If this happens, we will communicate with you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding.
Digital Services
All services provided by AMZ Graphic Studio are custom digital design services created specifically for each client.
Because every design is tailored to your product and business, completed work cannot be returned like a physical product.
Payment Methods
We currently accept payments through the following methods:
- Wise
- Bank Transfer
- Payoneer
Additional payment options may be introduced in the future.
Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
